How to have a Shaking Orgasm through Mind Power

Full body orgasm

Ever had a whole body orgasm?

We mostly think of an orgasm as being concentrated in one specific area: the genitals. Orgasms are typically associated with sensation and activity in the penis and testicles for men and in the vagina and/or clitoris for women. Whole body orgasms are different, in that they are all-consuming – involving heightened pleasurable sensation all throughout the body! In fact, they are commonly known as a shaking orgasm.

What do full body orgasms feel like?

Full body orgasms are intense, and can include multiple orgasms that resonate throughout your entire body. It often involves involuntary shaking or shuddering, accompanied by a tingling sensation from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, hence the name shaking orgasm. Sounds good, doesn’t it! So how can whole body orgasms be achieved?

How to have a full body orgasm

Sexual energy is in your mind as much as it is in your body, therefore a shaking orgasm starts with mind power. Good sex comes when you are intimately in tune with your own mind, body and spirit. Only then can you be truly receptive enough to gain an acute, sensitive awareness of your partner’s mind, body and spirit. So work on your own mind and emotions first. Shuffle through the contents of your psyche to figure out what may be holding you back from true intimacy with yourself and with your partner. If you find holes, heal them. Seek to understand the causes of any inner pain you are carrying. Through the use of positive, healing energy, you can transform those areas of pain into personal strengths.

Good sexual health is dependent upon good emotional and mental health. Learn to let go of anything you may be clinging to that prevents you from being fully in the moment… whether it’s the need to be in constant control, or the feeling that you’re not good enough, or any other methods that you use to “mentally escape” the present moment – seek to identify and drop those modes of behaviour. Learning to let go means learning to trust – trust in yourself, in your partner, and trust in life in general. As you let go and learn to trust, you become more in the moment. You become more relaxed, allowing energy to flow.

When you are in bed with your partner, tune in completely with your lover’s energy. Don’t hold back and don’t try to hide anything. Keep your eyes open and focused on your partner, as this cultivates openness between you. Be aware of your breath and take note of the energy passing through your body with each touch, each kiss, each caress.

Whole body orgasms can be best achieved when your overall aim is to enjoy the moment and to relish each sensation that arises. Focus on sexual exploration, fun, and sharing, rather than zeroing in on the “prize” of achieving a shaking orgasm.

We’re accustomed to identifying sexual energy as only existing in the genital regions, ignited by the erogenous zones. Sexual energy can be transformed and transmuted. As your sexual excitement increases, allow this energy to freely travel throughout your body, affecting every cell, emanating from every pore. In order to experience a shaking orgasm, you have to awaken your awareness to the power of this sexual energy.

When you feel yourself on the verge of an orgasm, learn to hold it off in such a way that it increases your sexual energy. Don’t immediately give in – use the power of your mind to send that sexual energy throughout all parts of the body. When you do have an orgasm, keep your eyes open and try to be aware of every feeling that arises. Feel the orgasm all throughout your body as a warm, peaceful sensation of tingling bliss. It may feel as though your body is vibrating all over, and you may be literally shivering or shaking with extreme pleasure.

Lastly....

To help you experience a whole body orgasm, you can engage in various yoga exercises and stretches or do Kegel exercises to strengthen your muscles down there. Meditation will help you to focus awareness on your breath and to fully exist in the present moment. You can learn to unite your body and mind with those of your partner through Tantric practices.

All in all, if you want to achieve a shaking orgasm, strive to cultivate awareness. You’ll reap the benefits not only in your sex life, but your mental, emotional and spiritual health will improve, too!
