I'm glad the site has helped to familiarize you with Twitter. The best way to find others are to look up their Twitter names here (just click on their links on the Twitter Club Page) and then send them a Direct Message on Twitter.
Just be aware that not all members are equally active and some form very supportive relationships with a few other members and then stick to promoting them. Also, not all members are in the sexuality niche, so may find it a little bit 'uncomfortable' to promote our services or products. However, they might still promote you on #followfridays or retweet valuable or humorous quotes.
I've tried to make people aware that we could all benefit from informal cross-promotion, but as there are no hard and fast rules, I generally let people work it out for themselves!
What's worked best for me personally is to focus on letting people get to know me as someone who has something valuable to say above and beyond sex. They are then much more receptive to accept the occasional link to my site. Generally, people really seem to like uplifting and/or humorous quotes. I also interact with others personally through @replies as much as I can... although it does get harder when your followers grow.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
Mia :)

Question by: Paul
This maybe a very obvious question, but where do I review and select other Twitter Club members to support as per the goals of this club?

Learning my way around the Twitter Club by: Paul Hussey
It is quite funny that I have learnt more about Twitter by wandering around the website www.better-sex-4-women.com.
Thank you Dr Mia and congratulations on a great website.
I'm looking forward to be able to contribute to the Twitter Club.

Welcome! by: Mia - Admin
Hi Paul,
Thank you so much for contacting me. I'd be happy to support you in any way I can.
Please say 'hi' when you see me online and feel free to @reply me if you have anything specific you'd like me to retweet on Twitter. It might also be good if you could take the initiative to contact other members of the club to introduce yourself.
We promote each other very informally, but the concept has been working rather well.
