Tantric Yoga

Tantric Yoga is a transformational tool designed to create happiness, a universal perspective on life, and spiritual awakening. It reminds me of the words of Einstein:

"The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science."

The following Tantric yoga video provides an introduction to this ancient holistic tradition. It covers the following:

- How to activate your body;

- How to still your mind;

- Breathwork;

- Simple sexercises to get in an aroused state and build up muscle strength for lovemaking; and

- How to transmute sexual energy through your entire body.

The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yunj, which means to unify. The unity envisioned in yoga is a mystical state of Oneness with all of Creation. Keep in mind that although Yoga is more commonly understood as being yoga postures (asanas), this is only one aspect of a whole spectrum of practices that develop the practitioner physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. Many consider Tantric Yoga to be the highest and most rapid path to enlightenment.

Tantra goes far beyond sex as we know it. The goal of Tantra is to gain ecstasy that transcends intercourse. It is for those who truly rejoice in their body. As you learn to control your body and look beyond your physical needs to your spiritual self, you also look beyond the physical self of your partner's body and connect with the true spirit that dwells within.
