There are loads of variations on the theme. Sometimes I put my feet against his shoulders or he may hold my ankles together in front of his face.

I like sex positions where deep penetration is possible. The most important thing is that we really connect, so we go slow while making eye contact. When he goes too deep, we just shift position slightly, which usually takes care of the discomfort.
