I do get that during Pilates too ... I think it has a lot to do with the pelvic musle being stimulated the whole time along with the breathing your meant to do with it.

Seems that the female orgasm has an infinite capacity to surprise. Who would have thought that orgasms would be making their appearance at the gym?
(And Dawn, how lucky are you with your spontaneous orgasms!)
I see the claim of having orgasms while exercising is being hotly debated on Internet message boards. It seems that orgasms during exercising primarily occurs during core muscle work. Some call it "coregasms."
Crunches, hanging leg raises and other moves that tense and relax muscles surrounding the pelvis and the pelvic floor muscles seem to be the best triggers for coregasms.
If you think about it, it makes sense: Orgasm is a physiological response and it may be that the pleasure hormones -- endorphin and dopamine -- that are released during exercise contribute to coregasms too.
It's also no secret that orgasms are improved when women are fit. So happy exercising, I say!

You're not the only one that happens to. I have never had one during pilates, but I have had spontaneous orgasms out of nowhere. They usually happen after sitting in a certain position a long time and then changing positions. Or walking after sitting for a while. I like to think of them as a nice little treat with no calories attached!
