Tips from the Orgasm Diet
1. Make Fish your Friend
Fish oil releases dopamine, the feel-good chemical associated with the emotions of anticipation and desire. It also helps to improve blood flow, which is crucial for sexual pleasure.
It is highly recommended that you take fish oil supplements with your food each day. (Consult your GP if you're taking any other medicines to prevent interference.)
2. Watch your Carbs
You can raise your testosterone levels by following a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. This is important because testosterone is the hormone which controls a woman's sexual desire.
Eliminate or cut back on grains, breads, pasta, potatoes and sugar. Instead, fill up on non-starchy fruit and vegetables.
Each meal should contain 30 per cent protein (meat, poultry, eggs, dairy). Avoid soy or tofu. You can eat saturated fats (meat and dairy produce, olive oil and nuts) but transfats (partially hydrogenated oils) and polyunsaturated fats (corn oil and soybean oil) interfere with the fish oil.
3. Naughty but Nice

, dark chocolate works a treat as a great little Aphrodisiac. In fact, the dopamine found in good quality dark chocolate is so effective in improving female libido, that clinical trials have commenced for developing dopamine drugs.
Take note....
It's important to cut out caffeine and nicotine, which both interfere with the orgasm diet.
Although anti-depressants may have a negative effect, it's important to discuss alternatives with your doctor. Never stop taking them without medical supervision.
Lastly and most sensibly, it is recommended that you maintain your general health and energy levels by supplementing with multi-vitamins and doing more exercise.
