Orgasm and Fitness

Reader Post: 'I've often read that there is a link between orgasm and fitness, but it never really clicked for me until I joined a gym a few months ago. I just had enough of feeling fat and soft, so I started doing a bit of weight training and also took some yoga classes.
Man, what a difference it made to my sex drive and not only that, the quality of my orgasms increased a thousandfold! I am no longer too tired for sex and even initiate love-making frequently, which is great for my relationship with my hubby, who used to complain that I don't want him enough. I now realize that it was simply not having enough energy for sex.
My orgasms feel stronger to me, but then again, maybe I just allow myself to get more aroused since I feel better about my body too. I can't recommend joining a gym enough... it's a tremendous boost. Just do it!'
