I Found Love... Online!

I never imagined that I would find love online, but that's exactly what happened to me.

I was single for about two years and just found the dating scene incredibly hard to get into. I spent more and more time online and made great friends on several social networks, including Twitter.

I'm not even sure exactly how it all started, but a guy who seemed really nice started to DM me on Twitter and we exchanged friendly banter for a while. We gradually disclosed more and more of our private lives to each other and I realized that he was looking for love, just like me. We just didn't connect the dots in terms of a love relationship with each other until months later, when he asked for my phone number and we started to chat on the phone.

I guess we're lucky that we live in the same country, albeit in different states. We've now visited each other a few times and now that we're engaged, I'm in the final stages of selling my apartment and hope to move in with him soon.

I can't believe how lucky we are that technology has allowed us to find each other. We are very much in love and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with the man of my dreams!
