Dr Joe’s Do it yourself health (DIY health) is based on the principle that your health is directly influenced by how you live your life. The decisions and choices you make about what you put into your body, how active you are, how much rest and relaxation you get and how you deal with stress impact on your health vitality and wellbeing.
