How to have Better Sex: It's all about Connection

Reader Post: When I think about how to have better sex, I forget all about technique and just focus on connection. I love the idea of slow sex... really being into someone on all levels. In fact, I can't even imagine making love to someone without a deep feeling of love.

If you ask me how to have better sex, I'd say, start with intimay. Get to know someone first. Explore their minds as much as their bodies. Know what their needs are and fulfill their fantasies. In fulfilling their fantasies, you receive what you need too.

Foreplay is important, but so is the main dish. And so is the dessert... to really be with someone after orgasm - making eye contact, smiling and holding each other for the longest time.

The more I reflect on how to have better sex, the more I realize that it's about being in the moment with someone who's in the moment with you.
