Female Ejaculation

Not many women realize that female ejaculation is a learnt technique. It refers to the emission of a clear fluid from the urethra at the point of orgasm and is associated with G-spot stimulation. Not many women experience ejaculation and those who do produce varying quantities of fluid. Some describe it as a 'gushing' of fluid whilst others are able to 'squirt'.

Female ejaculate is significantly different in composition to urine. In fact, it is believed to be the female equivalent of prostatic fluid, since some studies have shown that it contains PSA (prostatic-specific antigen).

The following female ejaculation video shows you to stimulate the G-spot for success:

G-spot Stimulation for Female Ejaculation

In order to teach yourself the technique of female ejaculations, you have to locate the G-spot first. It is located about 3cm (1.2ins) into the vagina, within the front wall, directly behind the pubic bone, and along the course of the urethra. The size, as well as the exact location of the G-spot varies from woman to woman, as does its level of sensitivity.

Masturbate normally until you are aroused. Place one of two fingers into your vagina whilst keeping your thumb on your pelvic bone (just above your pubic hair). Move your fingers around on the front wall until you feel an area that feels more sensitive than the rest of your vaginal tissue. It may feel slightly swollen and ridged. Stroke, press or pulsate this area as vigorously as feels pleasant to you. You may wish to alternate between G-spot and clitoral stimulation.

At the point of orgasm, ensure that you are pushing down and outwards with your PC muscles. If it doesn't happen the first time, keep experimenting with different positions. Some women find it easier when they squat or lie on their stomach. It's also important to exercise your PC muscles. Ejaculation is far more likely to occur in women who have strong pelvic floor muscles.

G-spot Vibrators

There are several vibrators on the market that are specifically designed for G-spot stimulation. A G-spot vibrator can reach further than your fingers and is curved at the top for easy access. It also allows for firmer pressure and tends to be less tiring than using your fingers.

Better Sex Recommendation

For the very best in vibrators, check out the Lelo range. Lelo is a Sweden based company devoted to the design of pleasure objects that are specifically designed to fit the natural curves of a woman's body.
