Women react differently when they reach orgasm. Some go really quiet at the point of climax while others turn up the volume. Look out for changes in her breathing pattern. Some women hold their breath at the moment of climax and their bodies go rigid.

Good indications are signs of arousal, for example swollen breasts, erect nipples, a red sex flush across the chest and throat, and at the moment of orgasm, muscular contractions of the pelvic floor. There are usually between 3 and 15 contractions during orgasm.

After orgasm, most women are extremely sensitive and will typically pull away from further stimulation. However, very light touch or oral stimulation may be tolerated and they're quick to get aroused again.

It may be a good idea to have a loving conversation with her about it if you're really concerned. However, if she invites you back for seconds, it's a good indication that you're doing something right.
