Best Sex Positions: Taking Charge during the Missionary Position

Reader Post: 'My partner and I have a few "best sex positions" but we always seem to return to an old favorite, the missionary position.

One way that I give him a bit of a rest from doing all the work is to motion to him to stop while I do all the thrusting. The way I do it is to make sure he is deep inside me first, then I bend my knees and while keeping my feet firmly on the bed, I push myself uupwards to do some thrusts and grinds of my own.

The first time I tried it, I could see how much he loved my enthusiasm. He orgasmed in quick time! Now it's just a regular part of missionary, whenever I sense that he gets a bit tired. It works really well for us.

Just be prepared to be a little sore in the morning. It's the equivalent of an excellent butt work-out at the gym!'
