Anxiety and my Orgasms

Reader Post: 'My orgasms have always been a bit of a mystery to me. I often wonder how my orgasms compare to other women's orgasms. Are they as strong as other female orgasms? Do they last as long? Am I supposed to ejaculate and does it make me less of a woman or a bad lover if I don't? (I've tried to but I just can't do it.)

I often worry that there is something wrong with my orgasms. I know that sounds a bit silly, but I can't help feeling anxious. Sometimes I worry that my partners will think I'm faking when I'm not. Sometimes I want to fake just to get it over with - I guess the anxiety just gets to me and then I think I'll never be able to come.

On the rare occasions that I do relax enough to have a strong orgasm, I feel so happy. But the happiness doesn't last long.

I'm wondering if there are other women out there who worry as much about orgasm as me?'
